Carletta’s Bio

I am Carletta T. Carter born in Spotsylvania, Virginia to Charles and
Doris Carter on January 15, 1965. I graduated from Spotsylvania High School in 1983. I attended Longwood College in Farmville, Virginia but graduated from Mary Washington College in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration.
I have a 20 year background in the Non-Profit Association/Business arena as an Accountant. From 1999-2001 I represented Spotsylvania as the NAACP Chapter queen.
My love for Christ and the church lead me to use my skills in accounting by serving as the treasurer at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Spotsylvania, for 5 years. My favorite thing to do is helping people, especially children. I also enjoy spending time with my mother, and traveling and shopping. To God Be the Glory for all the great things that he has done in my life.
