We are a church that is…

Relevant:

Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The message of the Gospel applies to every situation, especially to the present time and to the life that we live, now.

Encouraging:

Ours is a message of hope… that declares – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Like Jesus, we engage those we serve, attempting to inspire and enrich their lives.

Authentic:

We are honest and genuine about who we are, individually, and as the people of God. The integrity of our relationships is based on mutual respect, and an expression of faith that affirms our distinctiveness, but never compromises the intent of the Gospel.

Loving:

God is love! The greatest thing we can do, as His people, is to first return that love and then to reflect it within ourselves and also onto others.

Lively:

The church is a building made of “living stones”. We are alive, and enthusiastic about the possibilities that emerge from serving a risen Savior.

Inclusive:

We seek to heal the wounds of history, and to fellowship with those who may be different, because we serve a God of diversity. Reconciliation is our way of life.

Faithful:

Above all things, we are committed to honoring God with our complete lives. We offer the sincere sacrifice of our worship, as we become the true disciples that Christ desires.

Empowering:

Our goal is to create a platform for discipleship by equipping people to become all that God plans for them, and then teaching them to “go and do likewise.”
